KVITFJELL.

Kvitfjell was a new resort for our company season 07/08, although it is not new to NWT or our guests! We have been taking people to Kvitfjell for ski away days for many seasons now. Thanks to some great expansion plans and improvements, we are pleased to be able to finally offer this resort to our guests for a full stay. Whilst not the largest resort some do consider it to be the best! It has always been held in high regard by the serious skier mainly due to its variety of slopes and very technical layout. With recent new slopes it is becoming a great resort for people of all abilities.

Beginners: (3/5)

Major development on Kvitfjells westside recently, has increased the number of easy slopes and chairlifts. Kvitfjell is peaceful and quiet, meaning leearning to ski is stress free and fun!

Intermediates: (4/5)

Kvitfjell has a lot to offer intermediate skiers, with a good range of slopes for all abilities. With access to some difficult slopes an intermediate can find plenty to push themselves

Advanced: (4/5)

Kvitfjell is the resort that destroys all misconceptions about Norways inability to satisfy the advanced skier. It is a dream.... quiet, demanding, just plain beautiful.

Some days in Kvitfjell can feel like you have hired the mountain just for yourself. The lack of people and wide open slopes mean serious skiers can test themselves all day. Kvitfjell is the home of the mens downhill course, one of the most technical on the whole circuit. With a fresh dump of snow the off-piste is steep and challenging

Families: (3/5)

kvitfjell probably has some of the best ski in/ ski out accommodation in Norway and is ideal for families. The ski schools are great for children. There is a 'teddys house', where children can watch films, play or read. Many other childrens activities are planned especially on peak weeks.

Snowboarders: (3/5)

Snowboarders and freestyle skiers will find Kvitfjell a good options. With a permanent terrain park on the West side and a ski/boarder cross course on the East side, there is plenty to keep you entertained. After a fresh dump, Kvitfjell offers some steep yet fun off-piste.

Cross Country: (4/5)

With access to over 600km of prepared cross-country tracks, Kvitfjell is one of the best. The scenery is stunning you really do feel like you are in the most beautiful place in the world!
