Snow depth (compacted) at the top of mountain 90cm, snow depth at the base 45 cm. Last big powder fall 15.1.10 and it hasn't stopped since!

Average temperature for this week -7.

Overall the recent snow and cool temperatures has made the conditions in Hafjell perfect for skiing and snowboarding. The days are filled with fresh snow and sunshine, the only other place in the world you will ski slopes and conditions like this is North America Canada... Just the start to the season we love!


Kvitfjell.

Last snowfall 22.1.10.

Snow depth (compacted) at the top of mountain 120cm, snow depth at the base 105 cm. Last big powder fall 15.1.10 and its still snowing, coming up for 7 days straight!

Average temp -8.

All slopes and lifts open.

Again conditions in Kvitfjell have been a dream, plenty of dry powder. Sunshine and smiles all round!


Skeikampen.
